My husband and I were transferred to New Hampshire from Chicago. We had absolutely no knowledge about the area. We were lucky enough to have Brenda as our Realtor, she with out a doubt made this stressful time so much easier. Brenda was patient as we searched for our dream house , very  knowledgeable about the market and negotiating. We ran into a lot of curve balls , from home inspection issues, power of attorney, even loan issues and Brenda was on top of it all!
