Brenda joined the real estate industry in 2011 with over 15 years of business experience. As a consultant, her goal is to educate customers to ensure they are prepared to make informed and timely decisions throughout the selling and buying process. She believes in partnering with customers and business colleagues to get things done. Brenda's customers describe her repeatedly as a highly skilled communicator and negotiator, with a positive attitude and desire to explore possibilities to find a way forward even in the most challenging and changing situations.

Brenda believes communication is the key to success in every transaction and is the 'linking pin' to all the parties in the transaction - customers, co-brokes, professional stagers and photographers, home inspectors, contractors, lenders, and closing companies. Wow - with that many people involved in buying and selling a home, her skills in managing people through change is an asset in this business.

One of Brenda's passions when not working directly with sellers or buyers, is mentoring new agents entering the real estate field. Her values and business integrity are communicated clearly when they approach her with a question and her response always ends with 'do the right thing'!
