Remotely, Brenda helped us pick out our home in Durham NH in 2016. We “looked” at many houses virtually (even though this was the first one we looked at). The first time we saw our house was on closing day. Brenda was so reassuring to us and knowledgeable of the area. Our time in NH ended up being much shorter than we thought. Without any hesitation, we had Brenda list our home. She did an amazing job walking us through the process. From the pre packing, pictures, listing, etc, she was with us every step of the way. The photographer she used was top of the line. The charm and character of the house came through very clearly! We listed the house on a Thursday and by Saturday, we were under contract. Absolutely fantastic! All thanks to Brenda! Would highly recommend her to anyone! We lived in the home for just over two years and ended up making quite a bit of money on the deal, too.
